Hi have just brought a nice shiny chrome headlight peak and was wondering how to fit this...? Does the headset top need to come off? There is a lip around the top of the peak.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

just loosen the top of the headset cover, slide it over the light and then tighten back up.

bit of mastic never hurts either. lets hope you see the error of your ways, and either take it right off, or at least pray it matt black.

if the headlight unit is old be careful when tightening down as i have seen the glass pop off when fitting these.

or even if the headlights new, i bought a cheap indian one and the glass fell off just fitting it, handy though as it was pissed anyway
