Thought it might be of some interest to this forum (I don`t often post on here) but we`ve recently just finished an exhaust system for a customer.
The scoot is a Vespa small frame but runs (or will soon) a Rotax/Aprilia powervalve reversed cylinder (along with quite a few other trick bits). It`s being built buy a guy called Wayne and I don`t know the in`s and out`s of the build (maybe he will post some details at a later date) but we were asked to build the exhaust for it. It had to be the correct specs for the Aprilia cylinder (port timings etc) so that dictated the dimensions but getting it built to fit the limited space in the small frame when the cylinder is fitted backwards was a mission!
