stainless hold the heat more and can lead to overheating probs, they also expand differently when hot. I was told by a good tuner to never have a stainless. On the plus side though it wil last

not heard of any probs.

if these RZ are genuine I changed from a left hand SIP to one took it out for a blast and holed a piston in about 10 miles, so beware will need serious rejetting

they are the real deal they are sold in scooter center in cologne ("the only place you could buy a rz pipe iirc") i have just took delivery of one and its ok its made very well
as for problems running stainless pipes yay and nay my t5 172 ran with a stainless scorpian for a good while with no issues
i dont think they let go of the heat a bit and you lose a couple of hp but is that a great loss over a pipe thats non rusting

iv had the rz on the scoot now for a mouth now.it was easy to to fit eg no hammers.perfect fitting good rear wheel clearences with no rubbing anywhere..it on a standard px125.and is much kwicker than a mates px166.the stainless looks as good as chrome..so if anyone may be intressted in one for your px125 or p2.i can probly get them for 150quid

I just binned my Simonini and brought a RZ revolver from ebay for my 03 P2...Payed £120.00 and that included delivery. Did a bit of research and realised the exhaust is not made by RZ but a copy. However when the exhaust arrived I have to say I was really surprised despite being a RZ copy the build quality was excellent, all welds looked good and stainless steel look of it seemed faultless. Was still dubious about putting on the scoot but got it on without any probs, upjetted to a 120 and fired her up. Sound was awesome, nice deep but cracling type of sound, far crisper than the Simonini.
Took her out for a good cane and loved the torqueness around town then opened her right up on a motorway. She pulled and went through the gears beautifully. Took the scoot up to just over 70 and still had a fair bit more in her, will take it higher when the exhaust has been on for a couple more weeks. Have to say for the money the exhaust is brilliant, looks and sounds great on the scoot and am really pleased bearing in mind this is the same price as a Simonini but wont rust.
See ya at the IOW Very Happy
